“The idea behind this women’s group is to build sisterhood while uplifting the community where we come from. As a first-generation college student, I had many insecurities about my future, but my community was the driving force to keep me going. I really do appreciate where I come from. My focus is to empower my daughters to be whatever they want to be and also supporting them in their future dreams.”

My passion is to help my students and the community in any way I can.”
